True to our word and to show you how much we care about our community we can now announce the first GT Forums competition.
We have teamed up, with the fantastic people from not just one but two great console hardware developers.
Yes indeed, may we applaud Fanatec, creators of the superb Porsche branded steering wheels and also the Wheel Stand Pro Company, makers of the highly popular and affordable Wheel Stand Pro range of products.
In celebrating the upcoming release of Forza Motorsport 3 from Turn 10 Studio's we have secured some fantastic prizes for our forum members.
Up For Grabs Are The Following Prizes!!!
1x Fanatec - Turbo S Wheel including shifters and standard pedals.
1x Fanatec - Renn Sport Wheel Stand
2x Wheel Stand Pro - X360 compatible wheel stands
Create Your Own Livery!!!
The competition will require you to design a car livery exclusively for each separate brand. So that's two separate competitions with a winner and runner up in each category. You can decide to enter one or both by creating a Fanatec livery and/or a Wheel Stand Pro livery car.
Even if you're not a fully accomplished or talented car painter do not despair as judgement is not just going to be based on sheer artistic ability.
That's right, we also want to see simple but effective eye-catching designs and advertising for the relevant companies.
Entry to the competition is simple, free and open to all forum members, choose any car you want in Forza Motorsport 3, and get painting.....
You will however have to own FM3 as only designs created in the FM3 livery editor can be submitted. Not that any of you needed any further encouragement to go out and pick up this amazing racing title.
We look forward to seeing what you guys in the community can come up with, perhaps you will end up with a famous winning car livery and of course,
Xbox Live bragging rights.
Starting date will commence on the release of Forza Motorsport 3 and will close on 20th of November 2009.
